GMRE is seeking C2ISR (Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) Master Scheduler/ JM Analyst for AF DCGS to provide senior level analysis in support of, but not limited to, program scheduling integration, creation, developing, modifying, publishing briefings and presentations. Support and participate in the IPT programmatic, acquisition, schedule and performance operations. Responsible for the C2ISR Division, Enterprise, Engineering, Branch and Program level projects located at Warner Robins AFB, GA. Position will support the government customer in an Advisory and Assistance (A&AS) role to C2ISR USAF in a dynamic acquisition program environment in Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C2ISR).


Will provide A&AS to the Government on the following tasks:

  • Develop and regularly maintain Microsoft Project based Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Integrate multiple project schedules into an overall master program schedule, while maintaining integrity of the schedule
  • Develop and manage schedules in accordance with DI-MGMT-81861
  • Plan, prepare and track development progress, milestone completions and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) delivery requirements to ensure proper program execution to meet program objectives
  • Monitor schedule dependencies across multiple programs and projects
  • Analyze, monitor and review all project schedules to ensure interdependencies and risks are addressed
  • Ensure IMS architecture is in alignment with data management and reporting structures including the Statement of Work, the Work Breakdown Structure, CDRLs and major milestones
  • Assist with maintaining the environment for the overall master program schedule
  • Assist with planning and development of automated tools for schedule analysis and reporting
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc status reports and graphs depicting schedule status/performance and trend analysis, including applicable IPTs
  • Provide program analysis and management support in composition of or review of various program documents, acquisition, memorandums, agreements, guides from CLS contractors, other A&AS contractors, mission partners, external agencies and bi-lateral partners (i.e. Purchase requests, Statements of Work, CDRLs, Memorandums of Agreement, Security Classification Guides, etc.)


  • Bachelor's Degree Desired
  • Working knowledge of system acquisitions and program management, specifically in Air Force DoD environments, covering the DoD 5000 series policies
  • Must have proven expertise in MS Project, Microsoft Certified is highly desired
  • Knowledge of DoD Acquisition Program Management and Software Engineering processes
  • Knowledge of risk management concept and risk analysis related to master schedules
  • AF or similar service in DCGS preferred
  • AFI knowledge of Policies and Procedures
  • Candidates must be able to brief to top government leadership, have excellent written and verbal communication skill sets and exemplify themselves as a team player in challenging environments
  • Travel required as contractually required
  • MUST be a U.S. Citizen and have a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
